One Last Hurrah!
Chicago is Always A Good Idea
Not too long ago, it was a known fact that every year I would be spending one vacation in my favorite city, Chicago. There was just something about opening the hotel window and hearing the sounds of the sirens, the honking of horns, and the constant foot traffic. The air is just different here; the wind feels crisper and life just gets a whole lot better.
Fortunately and unfortunately, we took a break from our tradition for a few years. We decided that there were so many more cities to explore and things to see that we needed to put our annual trip on pause and branch out. But now we're back and I can't believe how familiar everything still feels. It is a weird mix of nostalgia and a sense of renewed energy.
Vivre dans le luxe,
Jordin
