I have found time and time again that when in doubt, an all black ensemble is foolproof. You can literally never go wrong in an all black outfit -- it's chic, it's classic, and slimming as hell. It also gives you a chance to work in some new accessories by using your outfit as a black background to make any other colors or glimmering add-ons standout.
